Return Policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and in the original packaging—with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Please note: if any part of the product or its packaging is missing, our courier will be unable to collect the return.
Returns requested due to a change of mind or without a specific reason are accepted; however, return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
If a product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund within 2–4 business days of your request, free of charge.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through online bank transfer.
